The course is designed for all members of CIBA and aims to provide staff of CIBA members technical knowledge to function their roles as the insurance brokers professionally and effectively with the highest ethical standard.   

The course is designed for two full days training. Participants are required to fully attend the training and pass the test in order to be certified by CIBA as professional insurance brokers.
